I’m a Colombian photographer based in NYC.
I'm an entrepreneur, a constant learner, passionate, and a traveler at heart.
Though I look forward to becoming a human mom soon, I'm currently blessed to be a mom to our fur babies - our 12-month-old puppy Sasha and kitty, Ella.
The part of me that already identifies as a mother, dreaming of the day my babies will join me, has led me to work with mothers and families. This is why I find so much inspiration in motherhood and family photography.

I found SayJess when I was booking a very late Christmas photo session for me, my husband, and my toddler. Jess was really wonderful throughout the whole process. She connected with me right away to answer questions and sent outfit suggestions (and even said she had outfit options for my toddler if needed). At the session, she was great to work with and put my nervous toddler at ease. She gave good direction and allowed us to do a variety of poses and backgrounds. Her Christmas set up was really beautiful too! She turned the photos around quickly and the photos themselves are beautiful! It was hard to choose which ones I wanted to buy and ended up getting a bunch of extras because I liked them so much! Highly recommend! -

Everything You Need to Know and Prepare for a Fun-filled Fall!

In this Fall Session, we’re celebrating the beauty of the season and your family’s story. Whether it’s moms-to-be, moms, dads, kids, or the whole crew, everyone is welcome to be part of these cozy, heartfelt moments.

Absolutely! We love pets! Remember to bring their snacks.

After your photo session, you'll receive watermarked photos within 48 hours. Feel free to take your time selecting your favorites. Once you've made your selections, we'll begin the editing process, which will take approximately 3 weeks.

Certainly! You can select your favorite photos from your private gallery, and if you desire more, additional photos are available for an extra cost.

We understand that plans can change. You have the option to receive a Say Jess gift card for the paid amount, which can be used for a future session or gifted to someone else.

We can offer a wardrobe guide to provide you with ideas on what to wear for the session. Additionally, we'll assist you in selecting the best outfits from your existing wardrobe. If you prefer, we can also offer suggestions for new purchases. You have the option to choose from the Say Jess wardrobe, ensuring we find the perfect balance between your personal style and our recommendations.

It's entirely up to you! I can provide a makeup guide for a natural look if you choose to do it on your own. If you prefer working with a professional to achieve a natural and beautiful look, that's great too. Either choice is fine with me. However, please note that we cannot perform Photoshop makeup or hair corrections.

While we understand the desire for raw photos, we believe in delivering a finished product that reflects our unique style and expertise. You will receive your carefully edited photos, showcasing the artistic touch and color grading that defines our work. We take pride in presenting you with a final product that aligns with our professional standards and ensures the best representation of your moments.

If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened. Please make every effort to be punctual, as other families may have sessions scheduled on the same day.
